Insights for business growth: Powerhouse’s experience

For the Powerhouse team, participation in professional forums is not just an opportunity to share experience, but an important tool for understanding current market trends, new approaches to managing business and investments, and for shaping practical solutions for our clients.

Powerhouse representatives took part in a number of key business events dedicated to investment, process management, and business growth in conditions of uncertainty.

III Investment Forum

During the Third Investment Business Forum, discussions focused on industries that already form the basis of Ukraine’s future economic growth: extractive and oil-and-gas industry, critical infrastructure, the country’s reconstruction, and the defence industry. At the same time, leading investors and representatives of industry associations highlighted the key challenges for raising capital: war risks, insufficient project preparation, the need to implement modern ESG, ESIA, and compliance standards, a shortage of qualified management teams, and the need for more effective regulatory policy.

An important conclusion from the forum was the recognition that today investors evaluate not just the potential of ideas, but above all the team’s ability to deliver projects to a high standard. That is why productivity, trust, and predictability are becoming key factors for investment decisions.

Business Process Management 2026

At the Business Process Management 2026 forum the main focus was on the process approach as a foundation for sustainable business. Experts stressed that successful companies build their management system around clearly defined business processes, accountable process owners, and measurable results. One of the most common problems remains the gap between strategy and operations, where units work in isolation and strategic goals do not translate into specific actions.

Bridging this gap is one of Powerhouse’s key areas of work — through the introduction of systematic management, the design of effective processes, and the development of project offices.

Forbes Money 2026

No less valuable insights were gathered by the team at the Forbes Money 2026 forum, where new approaches to investing and management in conditions of high turbulence were discussed. Key trends included: the growing role of execution as a separate investment criterion, the increasing importance of well-prepared bankable projects, the formation of synergies between projects in investment portfolios, and the need to move to more flexible planning models.

Participants also noted that risk insurance remains one of the key factors holding back more active investment in Ukraine. At the same time, the market is increasingly valuing not the volume of resources but the ability to manage them effectively under uncertainty.

For Powerhouse, such events are a source of current knowledge, professional contacts, and practical tools that we integrate into our work. We are convinced that the systematic development of competencies, continuous monitoring of market trends, and active participation in the professional community make it possible to create more effective solutions for business, investors, and industrial projects.
