Professional profile

An international project management expert with over 25 years of experience building project-portfolio management systems at large enterprises, delivering complex projects in construction, industry, and IT, and developing people in project management.

Over 25 years of experience managing complex multi-industry projects and implementing project portfolio management systems in fields including maritime logistics, energy, construction, retail, and shipbuilding.

Over 4 years of project and crisis management in Ukraine’s security and defense. Ensured the delivery of projects to create air-defense units and other defense capabilities, and organized large-scale logistics of humanitarian aid in crisis conditions.

Over 12 years of experience teaching and developing the project management professional community.

Trained more than 3,000 participants, developed one of the most complete and comprehensive sets of project-management document templates in the world, took part in developing the Ukrainian ISO 21500-series standards, and contributed to the official translation of the PMBOK and other specialized literature into Ukrainian.

Winner of the PMI Eric Jenett Project Management Excellence Award.
