Specializes in building production and infrastructure facilities and forming project teams. Has established professional ties with representatives of the Polish business community.
Many years of experience heading the capital investment, construction, and development areas at the largest production and oil-and-gas companies (Naftogaz, Ukrgazvydobuvannya, UPG, Kovalska), with experience building and operating production capacities at the MHP agroholding and Ukrainian Railways.
Was responsible for the full cycle of delivering industrial projects — from initiation and structuring to commissioning — managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
Specializes in organizing the client’s construction function to project management standards, delivering turnkey infrastructure projects, and supporting EPC/FIDIC contracts. Combines management practice in energy, industry, and commercial real estate sectors with a systematic approach to forming and developing project teams.

Built a Metrology Center in Boiarka (budget $80M).
Delivered Class B+ office-building projects for the Naftogaz Group (GBA over 100,000 m²) in various regions of Ukraine, as well as the head-office project (one of the most modern Class A offices in Kyiv as of today).
Construction of an aerated-concrete plant with a capacity of 1.2M tons a year.
Expansion of a gas station network (construction and rebranding of 60+ stations, budget UAH 900M).
