A land-relations manager with 9 years of experience in energy and industry. Specializes in land development for building energy-infrastructure and extractive-industry facilities. Experienced in supporting projects from site selection to obtaining construction permitting documentation.

5 years in roles heading the land, environmental, and social areas at branches of Ukraine’s largest gas-production company (Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC).
Responsible for timely access to land plots for drilling, construction, and operation of oil-and-gas fields (a drilling portfolio of ~40 wells per year), control of waste disposal from pitless drilling (~500 m³), and the delivery of ~80 social-partnership projects in communities.

Almost 2 years at the energy company DTEK.
Took part in the development project to build Ukraine’s largest wind farm (negotiations with landowners and local self-government, the purchase of ~50 land plots, arranging lease and servitude use for wind-farm facilities (~40), monitoring the potential exchange fund, participation in land-purchase auctions).

Allocating land plots through the purchase-for-public-needs procedure (one of the first delivered projects to purchase land plots for building oil-and-gas-industry facilities).

Securing land plots for a wind-farm construction project (negotiations with ~100 landowners/land users, support of land-surveying documentation, the purchase of ~50 land plots).
