(took part in creating an effective land-relations management system, building a positive reputation in the territories of production activity, and implementing a system to control the standard of work on the land).

Developed and implemented a system for accounting for the in-house fleet of rolling stock at the Lemtrans Group (SCM) enterprise
(item-by-item accounting of 850 units of rolling stock, organizing and controlling repairs and technical condition, calculating the economic efficiency of operation).
