Set up the enterprise’s financial and investment planning processes (achieved increase of an investment-budget execution by ~42%) and developed a model for assessing the economic efficiency of investment projects (over 30 investment projects assessed each year).

Developed a cross-functional management-reporting and KPI system (a monthly assessment of more than 10 key enterprise functions).
