Coordinating the development and launch of an internal chatbot (6,000+ users): drafting the technical specification, overseeing implementation, testing, rollout, and subsequent adaptation to changing operational conditions.

Implementing and scaling a CRM system: setting up and onboarding 13 teams, training users, and controlling data quality and the effectiveness of system use.

Standardizing data-collection processes: developing single forms for all regions with controlled access, real-time data updates, and compliance with security requirements.
