An experienced leader and PhD with over 10 years of practice at Ukrainian and international organizations, including Big Four firms and leading energy-sector enterprises. Specializes in project and business-process management, sustainable development, and stakeholder management. Has deep expertise in the oil-and-gas and hydropower industries and in the electricity market.
Led the Center for Operational Efficiency at Ukrhydroenergo (Ukraine’s largest hydropower company), responsible for the systemic transformation of the enterprise’s operations. Established a business-process management system and launched a process center.
Implemented a stakeholder-engagement system in the Naftogaz Group’s key regions of operation. Built the sustainability and corporate-social-responsibility functions of an oil-and-gas enterprise. Managed a portfolio of more than 200 social-infrastructure, charitable, and grant projects in Ukraine’s oil-and-gas sector. Ensured the delivery of the state energy-efficiency program within the Naftogaz Group.
Also has experience with Big Four firms — PwC and Ernst & Young — delivering international-consulting and transfer-pricing projects for large corporate groups.
While working within Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, developed and administered the dividend policy for state-owned enterprises, as well as designed the regulatory procedure for charging penalties on state enterprises.

Delivered a portfolio of 200 social-infrastructure, charitable, and grant projects worth over UAH 30M in the regions where Ukraine’s largest gas-production enterprise operates.
Implemented an IT solution at PwC that cut the time to run a comparability analysis (benchmarking) by 30% and reduced the cost of consulting projects for the firm.
Delivered the state energy-efficiency program for a key Ukrainian oil-and-gas enterprise, developing three projects with a combined value of over UAH 1B within the program.
